Meet Chad Richards!

Chad joined Success Mortgage Partners in 2020. He was born and raised in Southern Indiana and is also raising his family there. His attention to detail and follow-through gives his clients full confidence that their lending is in good hands. Chad prides himself on being open and honest with each client and treating them just as he would his own family.

Chad’s professional background of helping his community began as being a Doctor of Chiropractic. Through Chiropractic and treating his patients he has developed a heart for helping others. He brings this same care to the mortgage world as he loves helping navigate his clients from the beginning to the end of the home buying process. Chad enjoys talking with his clients about their goals and what their needs are in the home buying process.

When not helping clients, Chad enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife since 2005 and they have two boys. Coaching his boy’s baseball and basketball teams is something he has greatly enjoyed doing the last several years. They live an active lifestyle and enjoy riding bikes, kayaking and playing with their dog Bailey.
