As a seasoned sales professional and experienced loan officer, my career in the real estate industry has been shaped by both early exposure and personal experience. I grew up in real estate, my dad was a real estate broker in the greater Los Angeles area. I watched him work with passion and integrity. I believe that’s where I developed a deep appreciation for the world of sales. I also knew at some point I’d end up in real estate, I just didn’t think it would be as a loan officer.
In 2020 after spending 30+ years in sales and relocating to Tennessee, I finally decided to make the move. This transition was motivated by my firsthand encounters with loan officers. I personally experienced the frustration and stress that comes with working with non-communicative loan officers who have little integrity. The first one was when I was selling my house in California. The lender was using poorly trained people which caused the sale to be extended by 2 weeks. The other incident that left me scrambling at the last minute was when I bought my first house in Tennessee, Two weeks before the house was to close and after I paid for an appraisal, the lender let me know her boss said they couldn’t do the loan. A different lender was able to get the loan done, but it was incredibly stressful, I knew there had to be a better way.
Knowing that such negative experiences were avoidable with open and honest communication, I’ve made it my mission to help people navigate the loan process in a better way. For many people this will be the biggest investment of their lives. I understand the importance of being upfront with clients and providing them with timely and accurate information, My commitment to exceptional customer service combined with my industry knowledge enables me to guide clients through the loan process smoothly and ensure they have a positive and stress-free experience.
