Meet Scott Bryant!

Scott is a Texas-based Mortgage Loan Originator living in The Dallas/ Fort Worth area.  He helps people all over Texas buy homes, refinance, and invest in real estate.  From Brownsville to Booker, Fairfield to Fort Bliss, and all points in-between, Scott knows Texas!

Some of Scott’s clients show up with every document perfectly organized. Others start with, “Okay, so my situation is a little complicated…” He genuinely enjoys both.

What Scott helps with.

For a lot of buyers, the right fit is a conventional loan.  For others, a FHA, VA, or USDA loan, often paired with down payment assistance, is the answer. Then there are the files other lenders pass on. Those are some of his favorites.

– Self-employed? Scott reads business tax returns, K-1s, and rental schedules line by line. If your tax returns don’t tell your whole story, a bank statement loan can use your deposits to qualify you instead.

– Investing in rentals? A DSCR loan can qualify a property based on its rental income rather than your personal income.

– Eyeing a fixer-upper? An FHA 203(k) renovation loan can wrap the purchase and the repairs into one mortgage.

– Have an ITIN instead of a Social Security number? ITIN loans can open the door to homeownership, too.
