I had never done anything like this before so for me it was stressful, having to get last wills, property plate, bids & everything else that came along with buying the siblings out. But working with Nick was great, he helped me out ever step of the way.

I concur on Nick’s excellence. If it weren’t for him, I would not have thought that I could qualify for a loan, and would not have pursued home ownership this past year. My local lenders would not work with me until I passed a certain time period beyond credit issues. Nick was willing to work with me so that my loan was processed as quickly as possible. Despite credit issues, I still ended up with a great rate. I was a little leery of getting a mortgage online; going through the process this way completely legitimized the idea that online resources can be the best way to go.

Nick worked extremely hard to make sure the loan process was smooth and painless for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to reach. He almost always answers the phone when you call, and when he doesn’t he returns calls promptly. he usually answers email within an hour. He also had the best rates around. No one in Atlanta could touch what he offered. My experience with Nick has been top notch.

I closed with Nick on Apr 22nd. I was initially using another lender, but that lender waited 3 weeks to give me a GFE that happened to have more point that I was previously told. I switched to Nick in the 15 days before my close. He gave me a GFE within 1 hour of contacting him, and the GFE was 1/2 a percent lower with lower closing costs than the previous lender. I would highly recommend Nick.

I highly recommend Nick. Nick is the best. I shopped all-around and compared apples to apples and Nick blew the competition away. There really was no competition. They could not beat Nick. I not only got the best deal through Nick, I also walked away with more knowledge. Nick was very knowledgeable and he explained everything. If you are looking for the best deal, I suggest you stop looking and give Nick a call. You will not be disappointed. You will not find any lender that will beat Nick.
