Meet Zachary Karp!

I have been originating residential mortgages for over 25 years, and I am extremely passionate about helping people get the best mortgage terms possible, making the process go smoothly, and closing ON TIME, EVERY TIME. This starts with responsible lending, setting proper expectations, educating the borrower, and surrounding myself with high-character partners, working together as a team to provide the best service imaginable.

I am a lifelong resident of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and currently reside in Gilberts, IL with my wife Linda and three children, Joey, Viviana, and Samantha. I am an avid Chicago sports fan – Bears, Hawks, Bulls, and Cubs – and I also enjoy a wide variety of music, traveling, and spending time with my family
